Select "Pay on Delivery" at checkout. No payment details required — simply provide your shipping address and contact information.

Order Confirmation

You'll receive an email and SMS confirmation with your order number and estimated delivery window.

Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order is ready, we dispatch via express courier. You'll get a tracking link to monitor your package in real time.

Delivery & Payment

When the courier arrives, inspect your items. Pay the exact amount shown on your order summary — cash or card accepted (varies by region).

Your payment is handled directly between you and the courier. We never store or process your financial information online. No risk of card fraud or data leaks.

📄 No Hidden Fees

You pay exactly what you see at checkout — order total, including any applicable taxes. No extra service charges, no surprise costs.

📦 Inspect Before Paying

You have the right to open and inspect your garments at the time of delivery. If anything is damaged or incorrect, you can refuse delivery at no cost.

🧾 Official Receipt

Every pay-on-delivery order includes a physical receipt inside the package and a digital copy sent to your email for warranty and returns.

Pay on Delivery is currently available in the following countries:

  • 🇦🇱 Albania (nationwide — cash or POS card on delivery)
  • 🇽🇰 Kosovo (Pristina, Prizren, Peja, Gjakova, Ferizaj, Mitrovica)
  • 🇲🇰 North Macedonia (Skopje, Bitola, Tetovo, Kumanovo, Ohrid)
  • 🇲🇪 Montenegro (Podgorica, Nikšić, Budva, Bar, Herceg Novi)
  • 🇬🇷 Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Heraklion, Larissa)

Coming soon: Italy, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria. For customers outside these regions, we offer secure card payment via WhatsApp checkout or bank transfer.

Frequently Asked Questions

❓ Do I need to pay any deposit?

No. Pay on Delivery requires zero advance payment. You only pay when the courier hands you the package.

❓ What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

The courier will attempt delivery twice. You can also authorize a family member or neighbour to receive and pay on your behalf. Alternatively, we can reschedule via WhatsApp support.

❓ Can I change my payment method after ordering?

Yes — contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, and we can switch you to card payment or bank transfer. After dispatch, the method is final.

❓ What if my package is lost or damaged?

Since you only pay upon delivery, you bear no risk for lost or damaged shipments. If the package never arrives, you pay nothing. If it arrives damaged, you can refuse payment and we will send a replacement immediately.
