We want you to love your Neffelis pieces. If something isn't perfect, our hassle‑free return process makes it easy to exchange or receive a full refund.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for any full‑priced item. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
Items marked "Final Sale" or "Made to Order" are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. We do not charge restocking fees.
Email returns@neffelis.com or WhatsApp +355 69 668 6673 with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (for EU customers) or detailed instructions.
Place the item(s) in the original box or a sturdy carton. Include the packing slip or a note with your order number. Seal carefully.
Affix the provided label and drop off at your local courier point. Keep the receipt until we confirm receipt of your return.
Once inspected (within 5 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchanged item at no extra cost.
Refunds include the full purchase price plus any taxes paid. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).
Want a different size or color? Request an exchange — we ship the new item immediately while processing your return separately. No need to wait.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free pickup and ship a replacement the same day.
For customers outside the EU, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service. Refunds will be processed upon receipt.

All returned items must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or smoke odours. Neffelis reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for quality inspection. Refunds are then issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
For pay‑on‑delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (provide IBAN) or as store credit, whichever you prefer. We will email you once the refund is initiated.
