All Neffelis pieces are made to order or carefully selected from our limited atelier stock. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We partner exclusively with premium courier services (DHL Express, FedEx Priority) to ensure your garments arrive in pristine condition. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

Secure Packaging
Every garment is folded in acid‑free tissue, sealed in a compostable bag, and placed inside a rigid, double‑wall carton. Fragile items receive additional protective inserts.
Easy Returns
If something doesn't fit perfectly, you have 14 days to request a return. We provide pre‑paid return labels for EU customers. Full refund or exchange available.
Pay on Delivery & Support
For customers in Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Greece, we offer secure pay‑on‑delivery (cash or card on arrival). No hidden fees — you only pay the exact order total in your local currency.
